I’ve been thinking about this a lot the past couple of days and so I wanted to drop a quick note to all of you and let you know how very much I appreciate you. I feel so honored that you take the time to read what I have to say and I enjoy being able to share my thoughts and life with each of you. I hope you’ve all had an incredible Saturday!
I spent my afternoon volunteering for a program led by an organization that reaches out to children and young adults with special needs. Today we focused on health and fitness for young women. I had the privilege to spend a couple of hours doing some low impact aerobic workouts with some incredible people. It’s definitely the best way to get a quick workout in on a weekend. I’ll be back to my ‘regular’ blogging tomorrow (I’m going to try to take Wednesdays and Saturdays “off” for a while) but wanted to make sure I shared what’s been on my mind.
