Wellness Wednesday: Lets Chat About Tea Tree Oil & Shea Butter

TeaTreeOil

Happy Wednesday, Folks! As you know, on Wednesdays, we wear pink I talk about something I’m doing (or using) to improve the quality of my life. I like to call this little series: Wellness Wednesdays (because I really am that clever) and today I want to tell you about Tea Tree Oil and Shea Butter, two products that I’m just learning more about and starting to use.

TeaTreeOil

For those of you who know me or have been following along with my blog for a while, you’ve probably figured out that I’m all about using all natural, sustainable materials in lieu of chemicals for just about everything in life. I recently heard about an essential oil that has tons and tons of uses for body and soul (just kidding).

Tea Tree oil can be used to help treat acne, to help with cuts and burns, and even to help treat colds and bad breath (among many, many other things). It can also be used around the house as a cleaning agent, with your laundry, or to help control mold issues (not that you have those, of course).

Disclosure: I found this on Pinterest with no link to a website or blog. I did not create this inforgraphic.

I’m using Tea Tree Oil from Apothecary Extracts. According to their website, a single 4 ounce bottle (like the one I have) should last well over a year with regular use (check back with me on that one). When you order from them, they’ll also include a FREE 100 page guide to help you understand the many uses of tea tree oil to improve your life as well as tips for replacing the harmful cleaners you’ve undoubtedly got around your house (hey, I’m not judging, I’ve got them too). Since I was given a generous discount on my tea tree oil (full disclosure here), I didn’t get the guide with my order but, based on what they’ve told me, it looks like it would be really helpful for novice users.

You can learn more about this product and everything else Apothecary Extract has to offer by visiting them on Amazon.

Shea Butter

Another natural product that I’m really enjoying right now is organic, pure shea butter. Apparently there are a ton of benefits for your skin, hair, and overall health associated with shea butter but what I’m most excited about is the incredible hydration that shea butter offers to your skin, specifically the increase in collagen that it offers. I haven’t been using this product for very long but I’m loving this all natural alternative to some of the lotions I’ve been using in the past. I’d like to know what your thoughts on shea butter are and if you’ve used it in the past?!

Wellness Wednesdays: Let’s Chat About Gardening!

Ark Garden Seeds

Hello & Happy Wednesday, Everyone!  If you’re new here, welcome!  Allow me to introduce you to my Wellness Wednesday series.  Each week, I spend a few minutes chatting about something I’m doing to improve my overall health and wellness.  So far this summer I’ve covered a variety of topics from skincare to nutrition supplements.  One thing I haven’t touched on yet is the importance of eating whole, natural, real foods.

Garden

A couple of years ago, after the birth of my daughter, I started to research what was in the foods that we were eating.  As she transitioned from a newborn to an older infant (especially when she transitioned from breast milk to solids), I knew I wanted to provide her with the best, most nutrient rich foods that I could.  My goal was (and is) to start her on a healthy diet so she doesn’t have to learn how to eat better as an adult (it’s hard, trust me!).

Garden

Part of my goal to provide healthy, natural foods for my family included the desire to start my own garden with fresh vegetables and herbs but, until this year, I’ve never really gotten my feet wet with that particular part of living a more organic lifestyle. My love for sustainability, my desire to raise my daughter with an appreciation for home grown foods, and a yearning to try something new led me to plant my own garden in 2014 instead of waiting until I was “more ready” to dive in.

Garden

I started out small, growing several of my plants in pots on my deck (I’m absolutely terrified of even the remote possibility of snakes in the yard) and I’m really happy with how well they’ve done so far this year.

Garden

I started several of my plants from seeds (lettuce, summer squash, spinach, catnip, basil, cilantro, tomatoes, and a couple of other plants) and purchased a few starter plants (green peppers, jalapenos, and a supplemental tomato plant). Much to my surprise, most of my plants have done really well with the exception of a few that stopped producing once the Summer heat settled in.

Garden

Even though my little garden hasn’t produced enough home grown goodness to supply my family of three with all of our produce for the season, I’m really happy with how much I’ve accomplished.  As a novice gardener, I wasn’t expecting my plants to do as well as they did on my first attempt. Needless to say, gardening exceeded my expectations and I discovered that I actually (really, really) enjoy spending time tending to my plants.  If I can grow vegetables, herbs, and flowers in pots on my back deck, so can you.  I truly believe that anyone with a little outdoor space can grow their own food.  Gardening is such an incredible experience.  It provides me with an appreciation for this planet and the amazing power of nature.  There’s something truly magical about creating your own food and I can’t wait to grow my garden again next year.

Garden

I am excited to have a starter kit for my 2015 garden provided by my friends over at Ark. They provide 100% USA, heirloom vegetable garden seeds in 30 varieties with over 7500 high quality seeds. Their seeds are non-hybrid, non GMO, organic and come with a lifetime guarantee.  Ark is a company that I personally use and am happy to provide them with my heartfelt endorsement for anyone looking to grow their own food.  You can find more information about Ark and their products by visiting their Amazon listing.

Introducing: Day By Day Vitamin C Serum & Hyaluronic Acid In Review

Day By Day Serum in Review
Hi, friends and happy Friday! The weekend is here, my skin looks amazing (more on that in a minute), and the weather is absolutely STUNNING here in Kansas City (I’m not even the slightest bit sorry for the folks here who are wishing for hot Summer heat, I’ll take 70 degree temps any day of the week). I had dinner with a friend a week or so ago (all my days seem to run together, you know how it is) and she commented on how my makeup looked better. Since I’ve been applying my makeup the same way since I met her, I knew it had to be something else. Then it hit me, this Vitamin C Serum that I’ve been using on my face for the last several weeks must really be making an impact. Score. Does this mean I could pass for a 25 year old look younger?! S-C-O-R-E or, in honor of the World Cup, G-O-A-L!
Day By Day Vitamin C Serum Review
I know what you’re wondering right now and, no, what I’ve been using is not witchcraft or some magic potion that they concocted at Hogwarts (shut up, it’s totally a real place). It’s a Vitamin C Serum from Day by Day Beauty. Until the company offered me the opportunity to try a bottle of this stuff, I had actually never heard of the impactful benefits of using a product like this on my face (gasp!). Apparently there are a TON of benefits to using Vitamin C serums but don’t take my word for it, take a look at what Dr. Oz has to say about it:

Secret #1: Vitamin C- Vitamin C is critical for your body and plays an important role in maintaining healthy, resilient skin. While young skin is full of vitamin C, aging skin naturally loses this nutrient over time. Other factors like exposure to UV light, pollutants and cigarette smoke compound the decline of vitamin C, contributing to signs of aging. The good news is that you can fight back by replenishing your skin’s vitamin C levels to help to combat and even reverse time’s effect on your face.

One of the most powerful functions of vitamin C is its role in the production of collagen, a protein that gives your skin its elasticity. As you age, collagen breaks down and wrinkles begin to form. Stabilizing your skin’s levels of vitamin C can help to counteract wrinkle formation by increasing collagen production.

When it comes to treating age spots, you don’t need chemical peels and lasers – it turns out that vitamin C can have almost the same results! Age spots are essentially sun damage, and vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant, shown to reduce the number of sunburned cells as well as reverse age-related damage to skin. While it’s not a replacement for sunscreen, vitamin C protects against and may repair UV damage like discoloration and fine lines.

Taking vitamin C through a supplement or food is beneficial to your health, but to specifically target signs of aging on your face, topical vitamin C is best. In fact, applying vitamin C to the skin can be 20 times more effective than taking it orally. Topical vitamin C is sold in a wide range of products from serum to lotions. Look for products that contain between 3% and 10% of vitamin C and include the active ingredient ascorbic acid or L-ascorbic acid. Pay extra attention to the packaging – all antioxidants, including vitamin C, are vulnerable to deterioration in the presence of air and light. Unless the product is in an airtight and opaque package, don’t buy it!

Apply topical vitamin C once a day, ideally after you’ve exfoliated in the morning to utilize vitamin C’s sun-protecting properties. On rare occasions, topical vitamin C can cause some mild dryness or flaking. Counteract this side effect with a moisturizer. This topical nutrient is safe to combine with all your other skin care products and even works synergistically with other antioxidants. For a super powerful anti-aging punch, combine vitamins C and E together.”
The length of time from when you start using vitamin C until you see results varies with each person. While some people see changes as soon as 2-4 weeks, it may take others 6-8 weeks to see a difference. After around 6 months, you’ll reach the maximum benefits.

Day By Day Serum

I’m really glad that I was given the opportunity to try out a Vitamin C Serum. After looking into Day By Day as a brand and corresponding with their co-founder Pamela (hi!), I feel really comfortable buying from them and using their serums on my face. When it comes to skin care, I think it’s really important to trust the company that you’re buying from so it’s kind of a big win for the future of my skincare that I connected with Day By Day. I like that Day by Day has released a safe, natural product that’s aimed at improving one of the most important parts of my body: my mug.

Day By Day Vitamin C

You, too, can try out Day By Day’s Vitamin C Serum. My bottle was shipped through Amazon.com with fast delivery so I was able to start using my serum immediately after I placed the order. Order yours through Amazon, too, and let me know what you think after you’ve tried it!

Day by Day Hyaluronic Acid

Day By Day also manufacturers and sells a Hyaluronic Acid (an advanced moisturizing serum with vitamins C&E) that I recently had the opportunity to try out.  I haven’t been using this product very long so I can’t speak to the long term effectiveness of it but I can tell you that I appreciate the texture of the acid and how my skin feels after I apply it (which is after my daily shower).  It’s significantly thicker than the Vitamin C Serum but is gentle on my sensitive skin. Here’s what Day by Day has to say about their product:

Day by Day Beauty’s Hyaluronic Acid Serum is an ultra-light, gel formula that moisturizes the skin without leaving a greasy feeling. This product is best used along with our popular Vitamin C Serum.

Hyaluronic Acid provides a moisturized complexion that gives you that youthful and radiant look!

Day by Day Beauty’s Hyaluronic Acid Serum delivers a BOOST of moisturize to any skin type – including aged, delicate & sensitive skin.

Additionally, Hyaluronic Acid holds moisture and adjusts its absorption rate based on your environment & air humidity levels. So this one skin Serum will deliver what YOUR skin needs, regardless of your skin type or location! With consistent use, you’ll see a reduction in fine lines & wrinkles. Additionally, infused antioxidants will help protect your skin from environmental aggressors and free radicals.

You can purchase a bottle of Hyaluronic Acid on Amazon through this link.

Wellness Wednesdays: Let’s Talk About Our Digestive Health

Disclosure: I got this product as part of an advertorial.

Advanced Probiotics

Hello and happy Wednesday, Everyone! As part of my ongoing Wellness Wednesdays series, I am trying (and learning about) new things relating to overall health and wellness. Today I want to chat about digestive health. More specifically, I want to introduce you to Advanced Probiotics, by Number One Nutrition, which aims to support your health.

Advanced Probiotic

“Being healthy and happy about your body is a matter of choice.”

Advanced Probiotic Supplements

So, what exactly are probiotics?! They are the good bacteria who perform are pretty important to our immune, metabolic, and digestive systems. More specifically, they produce the enzymes that break down what we eat during the day, regulate vitamins intake, and convert sugars to the essential nutrients that our bodies need. Here’s a little known (or maybe it’s widely known to everyone but me) fact: Our GI is home to 80% of our immune system. 80%, folks, 80%…woah, right?! There are a number of ways that taking a probiotic supplement can help promote overall health.

Probiotic Supplements:

  • Improve your digestive health
  • Balance your intestinal flora
  • Improve your mood (praise you 8lb, 6oz baby Jesus)
  • Break down allergy causing proteins
  • Accelerate fat loss

I started noticing a significant amount of bloat after gluten heavy meals after the birth of my daughter three years ago and even though it’s not a major issue that impacts my day to day life, nobody wants to be bloated (am I right or am I right?!). Since starting the daily probiotics, I’ve noticed less bloat when I eat gluten (more garlic bread for me! SCORE! Just kidding….but not really).

Advanced Probiotic

If you’re interested in exploring how probiotics can help promote your health, I encourage you to check out Number One Nutrition online. Their Advanced Probiotics can be purchased anytime on Amazon.

Tell me, what are you doing this Wednesday for your health?!

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.

Wellness Wednesdays: iPurify Colon Cleanse In Review

Disclosure: I got this product as part of an advertorial.

iPurify Colon Cleanse

I’m trying something new (so please bare with me). Each Wednesday through the Summer (or longer, if I can keep up with it), I want to share a “Wellness Wednesdays” post with you outlining something that I’m doing to promote better living. It might be a product that I’m trying or an activity that I participated in but every Wednesday it will be something different and today I want to talk about a Colon Cleanse that I’ve been doing for the last week from iPurify.

I’ve always wanted to try a good colon cleanse (no, I’m not kidding) but I haven’t been sure exactly where to start. I looked into the possibility of trying one of those hydrotherapy colon cleanses in my area but think it might be best if I try a supplement first. I guess I might be a little afraid of what the hydrotherapy treatments entail.  That said, I received the opportunity to work with Reduxa, Inc. to review their 30 day cleanse. The pills, which you take at night, contain: Vitamins A, D, and E, B-1, B-2, B-3, and B-6, Folic Acid, Pantothenic Acid, Calcium, a Fiber Herbal Blend, and a Thermagenic Blend of Green Tea, Ginger Root, and Guarana.

The cleanse is said to help promote weight loss, eliminate waste and toxins from the body, and support digestive health.  According to the product instructions, you’re to take two capsules each evening with water after a meal.

I’ll be honest with you, I’m always leery of products that promise to remove toxins from your body because it’s hard for me to verify that’s actually happened during the process but I will say that what I enjoy most about this product is that it really does facilitate the removal of waste from your body (if you’re picking up what I’m throwing down). Take a peek at the Amazon review that I left after using this product:

Austin Powers kept asking “Who does number two work for?!” Well, he had clearly never tried the iPurify Colon Cleanse because I started taking this a little over a week ago and I showed number two who’s boss. This product will you make you poop. It does the trick. Well done, iPurify, well done.

I eat a decent amount of fiber in my everyday diet and so I wasn’t sure what to expect with this product but it really does promote the elimination of bodily waste (or, for lack of better words, it makes ya poo). While I haven’t noticed a change in weight or energy level, I’m satisfied in how the iPurifyColon Cleanse worked for me.

Questions about this review?! Feel free to email me anytime at itsanordinaryblog@gmail.com

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.

Zaggora Hot Pants: Review & Giveaway

If you’ve been following my blog for a while, you know that I’m on a quest towards better health (more specifically, I want to learn how to run). With this goal in mind, I’ve been on the hunt for great resources that are aimed to improve the quality of my workouts. Fast forward to the day when I ran across Zaggora. Oh, you’ve never heard of them?! Here’s a link (for you to look at after you’re done with this post, of course). Not only are their clothes aimed at helping you make the most of your workout but they’re also pretty cute. You just can’t beat that, am I right?! In the spirit of full disclosure, I should mention that my friends over at Zaggora (Hi, Dinah!) sent me a pair of their hot pant capris free of charge in exchange for my review. I am under absolutely no obligation to write a positive review and my expressed thoughts are uniquely my own. Please feel free to email me anytime (itsanordinaryblog@gmail.com) with questions. All that said, who’s ready for a review and giveaway?! Let’s go!

Zaggora Logo

I first heard about Zaggora while searching for running pants online. What attracted me to their brand, in particular, is the promise to make a workout pant that helps you maximize calorie burn while you’re wearing them (who doesn’t love that?!). You might be wondering what that means (or how that’s even possible). Essentially, Zaggora has patent pending “Celu-Lite Technology™” which is a multi-layer fabric that promises to harness the body’s natural heat during your workout to help you burn more calories (and, in turn, lose more weight). Sounds fantastic, right?!

I was elated when I heard that Zaggora was going to send me a pair of Hot Pant Capri 2.0 to try and review. So much so that I literally did a happy dance in the middle of the living room (my two year old daughter LOVED it). They ship from the UK so you should expect them to arrive within a few weeks. My first pair were somehow lost in translation (and ended up on my doorstep last week) so Dinah sent out a second pair that arrived within a week of when she sent them. When I notified Zaggora that the second pair had come out of hiding were in my hands, they gave me the go ahead to do a giveaway with them (more on that in a minute). So if you’re in the market for a size XL pair of hot pants, get excited!

My initial reaction to the pants was great. They’re comfortable and they’re cute pants. The ONLY negative (and this could totally be turned into a positive if you happen to be a fan of the show “Seinfeld”. When I walk in the pants they make a light “swhooshing” sound much like George Costanza in this clip:

Now if you don’t have thunder thighs like I do (you’ll see the picture in a second if you don’t know what I mean) you may not have the problem but, if you do, take heed. I learned that if I walk with a longer stride (read: legs further apart) they don’t make the sound and I’ve come to discover that’s an adjustment I don’t really mind all that much in a workout (you should have longer strides if you’re running anyway). The pant itself feels like it’s made out of the same material as a wetsuit but I actually enjoyed it. There was a noticeable difference working out in regular pants as opposed to wearing the hot pants doing the same activity. I noticed that I sweat a whole lot more wearing them as opposed to the alternative.

Their sizing is pretty accurate. I’m wearing a size XL in the Zaggora pants and, while they’re a little on the snug side (they’re supposed to be form fitting) they are comfortable to wear.

Zaggora

(I should mention this is a stock photo. My body doesn’t look nearly as good at this one in the pants :)).

Now for the fun part…I have an extra pair of Zaggora hot pants, in a size XL, that are up for grabs. According to Zaggora’s website, this size should fit an individual who wears either a 16 or a size 18 in US Women’s Clothing. That said, if you want in on the action, simply follow these two steps:

1. Leave a comment on THIS blog post letting me know what your favorite physical activity is and how you could benefit from wearing the hot pants while you work out.

2. Head on over to my Facebook page (make sure you “like” it) and leave me a note on the timeline. Be sure to mention that you want in on the Zaggora giveaway.

A winner from all of the entries (you get one for each of the two steps mentioned above) will be randomly selected on Friday August 16th, 2013. May the odds be ever in your favor!

Vitacost Swag: In Review

A few weeks ago, I posted about an incredible $100 giveaway from my friends over at Vitacost. As you may remember, I was invited to be part of their incredible blogging program. The more I learn about Vitacost, the more I appreciate and respect the company (I’ll get to that in a minute). Today, I’m excited to share a few of their products with you. I typically do my “disclaimer” at the end of the post but, in case you don’t happen to see it, I want to be sure that I mention that Vitacost sent me these items free of charge in exchange for my review. I am under absolutely no obligation to write a positive review and any opinions I express are uniquely my own. As always, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me with any questions. Now let’s get down to business!  I am planning to do this review in two parts. Today, I want to focus on introducing these products to you and then I’ll update in a couple of weeks with more in depth information on how the products have worked for me (more specifically the Hydroxycut, Cognitive Support Vitamins, and the skincare set).

Vitacost Swag

Featured for review:

  • “Hello, Beautiful (Dry): MyChelle Dermaceuticals”
  • Hydroxycut
  • Targeted Wellness Cognitive Support Vitamins
  • Vitacare Key Lime Toothpaste
  • Swirl All Natural Green Tea
  • Trace Minerals Power Pack (Pina Colada)

MyChelle Dermaceuticals “Hello, Beautiful” (Dry)

I always appreciate a skin care set that compliments me before I use it. I think that’s one of the things that draws me to the “Hello, Beautiful” line from MyChelle Dermaceuticals. Valued at just over $15.00, Vitacost offers this mini set as a way to introduce you to products for your everyday needs.  The all natural (yes, you heard me) ingredients are intended to leave you feeling fresh and clean and they really do just that. The products smell nice, are easy to use, and leave my skin feeling refreshed. I’m excited to check back with you guys in a couple of weeks to let you know how it’s worked for me over time.

Hydroxycut

I will be the first to admit that I’m a skeptic when it comes to using products aimed at offering a ‘quick fix’ to weight loss. But, at the end of the day, most of us struggle with those temptations for something sweet or maybe need to cut back on our calorie intake during the day. Included in the box, which retails at just over $20, is 21 packets of drink mix which is intended to be mixed with 16oz of water. I decided that I wanted to approach this review with an open mind and my initial reaction to the Hydroxycut is positive. It’s a really sweet drink so, even though the suggested use is to take it 30 minutes before a meal, I could see myself replacing a snack with the drink instead.

Targeted Wellness Cognitive Support

The name sounds fancy, am I right?! In a nutshell, the Targeted Wellness Cognitive Support vitamins are really just a codename for brain pills. 60 of these bad boys will cost you just under $25 and they’re aimed at promoting healthy brain function and memory recall. I’m excited to try these every day and report back to you my thoughts. Stay tuned…

Vitacare Key Lime Toothpaste

This fluoride free whitening toothpaste has a minty key lime taste. Yes, key lime. In case you’re not understanding or somehow forgot (which, if that’s the case, see above) I said Key Lime flavored toothpaste. While this isn’t necessarily something that struck my fancy for everyday use, I could see the appeal. If you really like Key Lime and mint, are planning a hot and heavy makeout session with someone who happens to enjoy key lime and mint, or are stuck on an island and want the flavor along with clean teeth. A 3.4 ounce tube retails at around $5.

Swirl All Natural Green Tea Packets

The name of this pretty much speaks for itself. It’s tiny packets of green tea leaves that you drop into a bottle of water and let steep for about ten minutes before drinking it. And it’s awesome. It also happens to be very affordable (two packs of ten for just over $5). It’s what I call a WIN. The packets are really easy to use and the taste was just about what I expected (awesome). The only thing that I wasn’t terribly crazy about was that they don’t come individually wrapped (which is probably better for the environment anyway) so it makes it hard to take them on the go or share with a friend. Don’t let that stop you from trying, though, because I highly recommend them to any tea drinker.

Trace Minerals Power Pack (Pina Colada)

The power packs are a gluten free, vegan fizzy drink mix that offers electrolytes, potassium, and antioxidants. Initially, I wasn’t a huge fan of the Pina Colada flavor but I’m planning to take a bottle with me during a workout coming up (more on that later) and see if I feel any differently about it then. A box of 32 packets will cost you just over $12.

Vitacost

One of the things I love most about Vitacost is the versatility of their product line. No matter what you’re in search of, they’ve likely got you covered. I’m really excited to report back to all of you in a few weeks to give an update but, in the meantime, if you’re interested in trying any of these products with me you can find them on the Vitacost website. You can also find them on Facebook. When you stop by, be sure to tell them that Holli from It’s An Ordinary Blog sent you!

Running On Empty (I’m Learning To Run + A Giveaway From Body Glide)

<a rel=”nofollow” href=”http://www.tomoson.com/?code=TOP3bbdf2c7c7df9c7163c439d2952695a8″><img style=”display: none” src=”http://www.tomoson.com/images/front/pixel.png&#8221; /></a>

Changing your life doesn’t happen over night so I’m taking it one step at a time…

Running

Raise your hand if there’s ever been something you wanted to accomplish but were extremely slightly afraid to get started.

I know I’ve mentioned this before (at least somewhere along the way) but I aspire to be a runner. It’s not that I want to break some sort of record or plan to complete a 26 mile Marathon one day; it’s because I know it’s something I can do if I work hard enough at making it happen. Like any change in your life, getting started is half the battle. I’m overweight, more out of shape than I should be, and slightly scared but at the end of the day, I want to know that I could survive a zombie apocalypse (which, according to my friend Sarah over at The House of Boys & A Girl, is imminent). So I’m hitting the ground running, one step at a time, in an effort to become the person I aspire to be. I’m on the hunt for a good 5k at some point this fall that I want to run (yes, run) the entire 3.2 miles and I’m looking for some of you to join me. You don’t have to be local and we don’t have to run the same 5k but I’m looking for a few people who are interested in coming along on this journey with me. We can connect on Facebook, chat via email, or update each other through my blog. You might be wondering what you’ll get in exchange for running with me. In addition to keeping one another accountable and having that incredible sense of accomplishment when it’s all said and done, I’d also like to share a Body Glide stick with two of you (who will be randomly selected from people who comment on this post). What’s Body Glide, you ask?!

Body Glide For Her

Body Glide is a company that offers products for active people.

They’ve created a line of products for men, women, and children designed to combat the effects of blisters, chafing, and muscle soreness associated with exercise. The Body Glide for Her is made from plant-based ingredients and protects the skin while still allowing it to breath and perspire. I’ve personally used the Body Glide both when working out, and when wearing things that would otherwise tend to chafe and it works really well. I like that it goes on smooth and is dry instead of greasy.

If you want to challenge yourself to become a runner, or if you are already a runner and want to take it to the next level, comment on this post and we will get this party started together.

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using <a rel=”nofollow” href=”http://www.tomoson.com/?code=BOTTOM3bbdf2c7c7df9c7163c439d2952695a8″>Tomoson.com</a&gt;. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
